Lead Consultant
As a Lead Consultant, I help organizations improve and further professionalize. In projects, I lead and guide the implementation of continuous improvement (including with Lean Six Sigma methodologies). I am also a trainer (open & in-company) of Lean-, Lean Six Sigma-, Lean/Smart Experience-, RCA-, 5S-, Industry 4.0-, DfX- and EcoDesign trainings.
I am fully Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified and have gained my experience in organizations from various industries such as High-Tech, Automotive, Pharma, Engineering and Financial Services. I am driven, enthusiastic, people-oriented and accurate.
In projects, I like to look beyond methodology. In doing so, I find it interesting to get into the “helicopter” and survey the various relationships. The trick here is always to ask the right questions. Finally, innovations and new technologies always have my attention.
