In our training courses, we use the Climbing the Mountain book series as a guide. This series consists of a textbook and a practice book, with a separate set for each Lean Six Sigma level: Yellow, Green and Black Belt. The books were written by H.C. Theisens (director and Master Black Belt at Symbol), and created with the substantive contribution of several (Master) Black Belts within Symbol. <\/p>\n

Since the first edition, more than 40,000 copies have been sold worldwide. The books are used internationally in business, government and higher education – including various universities and colleges. They are clearly written, directly applicable in practice and seamlessly fit the CIMM model (Continuous Improvement Maturity Model) developed by Symbol. <\/p>\n
