Senior Automotive Consultant

As an Automotive Consultant at Symbol, you will work for organisations where quality, reliability, and process control are crucial. You will help clients improve processes, strengthen quality management, and apply automotive standards in practice.

You will work on substantive issues related to IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and other quality methodologies. You will combine specialist knowledge with advice, training, and guidance on the shop floor

• IATF 16949 and quality management
  You will guide organisations in improving and securing quality management systems within the automotive sector.
• APQP and PPAP
  You will support clients with product and process development according to automotive guidelines and customer requirements.
• FMEA and risk management
  You will help teams to identify risks and design more robust processes.

• Training and coaching
  You will provide training and coach professionals in their development regarding automotive quality methodologies.
• Process improvement
  You will analyse processes and help organisations to structurally improve quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Relationship management
  You will be a substantive sparring partner for clients and build lasting collaborations.

• Salary between €6,500 and €7,500 (based on full-time)
