What is Process Mining and where do I apply it?
Process Mining is the modern version of Value Stream Mapping. With Process Mining, you analyse logistical data from a specific process. All you need for this are four columns of data: the unique product, the process step, the start time, and potentially the end time. Analysing this data with specialist software provides visual insight into work-in-progress, lead times, bottlenecks, and workarounds.
Do I need programming knowledge for these courses?
Not always. Many courses are accessible without programming experience. For more technical courses, such as Python, basic knowledge of data or programming is an advantage but not a requirement.
What do I learn in an AI for Operations course?
In these courses, we cover techniques applied within quality management and continuous improvement. Participants are introduced to building AI agents to design quality documents faster and better.
