Yes, Symbol offers interim experts at junior, medior, and senior levels.

The price depends on the level, intensity, and duration. Please contact Symbol for a quote.

Symbol assigns an experienced consultant as a coach to each junior advisor. The supervision depends on the type of assignment, but normally the coach will provide two hours of support per month.

The coach’s deployment is booked separately and appears as a separate line item on the invoice. The deployment will never exceed what has been agreed in the assignment.

In principle, the interim expert remains employed by Symbol. However, it has often happened in the past that an expert joins the client’s staff. Arrangements can be made for this.
