The interactive Lean game allows participants to improve processes, strengthen collaboration, and gain direct insight into the effect of choices. This workshop is ideal as a kick-off for a Lean transformation or team building.
During the Japan study trip, you will discover the origin of Lean. You will visit leading organisations such as Toyota, Nissan, and Omron. Participants will experience what Kaizen means in Japanese companies during a workshop in the DOJO. Besides company visits, there is also significant attention paid to culture, delicious food, and networking. We will visit highlights in Tokyo and Kyoto.
