About the OBM certification
OBM (Organizational Behavior Management) focuses on improving performance within organisations by making behaviour measurable and influenceable. The methodology is based on applied behavioural science and is used worldwide within leadership, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
The OBM Foundation level exam is taken online via APMG and tests knowledge of the basic principles of behavioural analysis and behavioural change within organisations.
