Quality Management Consultant (QHSE)

As a Quality Management Consultant at Symbol, you don’t work for just one company, but for various businesses to bring QHSE to a higher level.

Together, we help organisations in industry, high-tech, and automotive to ensure quality, manage risks, and continuously improve. You help clients with setting up and maintaining QHSE systems.

You have practical experience with the most commonly applied QHSE standards, including ISO 9001, and with performing internal audits and supplier development.

Experience with industry-specific standards is a strong advantage. These include IATF 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 45001, and VDA 6.3.

• Quality management systems
  You help organisations set up, implement, maintain, and improve management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other QHSE standards.
• Audits
  You perform internal audits, supplier audits, and baseline assessments. You identify opportunities for improvement and guide organisations in following up on findings.
• Complaint handling and 8D
  You support clients in analysing complaints, performing root cause analyses, and implementing effective corrective measures.
• Process management
  You map out processes, analyse bottlenecks, and help organisations improve performance, quality, and collaboration.

• Interim assignments
  You are regularly deployed as an interim quality manager, QHSE manager, or quality coordinator for assignments lasting several months.
• Training and coaching
  You provide workshops, training, and coaching in the areas of quality management, auditing, and continuous improvement.
• Relationship management
  Together with the account team, you further expand our network. You maintain client relationships and contribute ideas for new improvement and development projects.

• Salary between €5,000 and €6,000 (based on full-time)
