APQP Project Management & PPAP

Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) are proven methods for the structured development and release of products and processes. They ensure that every new product or process meets customer requirements before going into production.

In this training, you will go through the five phases of the APQP process and all PPAP elements. You will learn how they are applied within IATF 16949:2016 and how they relate to FMEA, MSA, and SPC. Guided by consultants who apply this daily in practice.
