IATF 16949 and Core Tools

IATF 16949 is the international quality standard for the automotive supply chain. In combination with Core Tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA/SPC, and 8D, it forms the basis for manageable and improving processes. Increasingly, these standards are also applied outside the automotive sector because they offer excellent techniques for process improvement and control.

In this three-day training, you will learn to understand and apply the IATF 16949 standard. You will work through the ISO 9001:2015 structure, the substantive IATF 16949 requirements, and the interrelationship of all Core Tools. You will be guided by consultants who apply this daily in practice.

The IATF 16949 Core Tools training is intended for anyone directly or indirectly involved in working according to the IATF 16949 standard.

This training is suitable for:

• Quality managers and quality professionals
• Engineers and process owners in the automotive sector
• Managers who wish to supply the automotive industry
• Professionals who want to apply IATF 16949 elements outside of automotive
• Internal auditors in IATF 16949 certified companies (in combination with the IATF Auditor training)

Do you wish to certify as an IATF 16949 auditor? We offer an additional training including the IATF 16949 1st/2nd party auditor exam.
