Lean Yellow Belt

The Lean Yellow Belt training focuses on immediately improving your own work environment using practical Lean principles. You will learn how to identify waste, design smarter processes, and resolve daily bottlenecks. During the training, you will work with concrete Lean tools such as 5S, visual management, and process mapping. The emphasis is on applicability: you will directly translate what you learn into your own practice. This way, you will quickly develop the skills to implement improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

• Optimising the workplace with 5S
• Mapping processes (VSM, process mapping)
• Solving problems with 5 Why and Pareto
• Contributing to continuous improvement (Kaizen)
