AI for Operations (practitioner)

The Artificial Intelligence for Operations training is designed specifically for professionals who want to improve productivity and operational efficiency through AI. We go deep into how AI can be used to standardize work, predict performance, support decision making and automate tasks.

The training is based on the Continuous Improvement Maturity Model(CIMM) and focuses on the concrete application of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Power BI, UiPath, Celonis and Minitab to make processes more efficient and predictable. Participants will learn how to use AI to automate tasks, perform data analysis and generate valuable insights for their organization.

• AI for process automation (AI-driven task mining and Robotic Process Automation)
• AI for predictive analytics (preventing defects and process failures with AI analytics)
• AI for quality assessment (application of Vision, AI process assessment)

The training includes a hands-on approach, with participants working with practical AI tools such as ChatGPT, Power BI, UiPath, Celonis and Minitab. Through case studies, simulations and practice sessions, participants will learn to develop effective AI prompts to harness the full power of AI for their organization.
