We believe it is always and everywhere possible to do things differently and better. We believe there are opportunities for improvement even in the best companies and organizations. We also believe that every employee in the organization, directly or indirectly, has a role in the improvement process.

How: Inspiring people, Improving processes

We develop organizations by inspiring employees and improving processes. Inspiration drives our coaching approach. Your employees become motivated to see and want to improve their own role in the process. The passion and expertise of our consultants leads to tangible results for our clients.

What: Consultancy, Training & Projects

We provide consulting in the areas of organizational development, continuous improvement, quality management and change management. We assist organizations in developing an improvement strategy and then realizing this strategy. We map out where the organization is now and jointly determine the objective. We help implement the implementation plan and ensure that improvements are secured in the organization. We do this in many different industries.

We provide training in quality management, Lean Six Sigma and automotive. We organize open training at multiple locations in the Netherlands and in-company training at our clients’ locations in the Netherlands and abroad. Our trainings are high level content, but at the same time practical and knowledge is directly applicable.

We carry out projects at clients’ sites. Our experienced Interim professionals take responsibility for challenging projects, including achieving a Lean transition or driving a breakthrough project. Our junior consultants fill temporary positions in such areas as quality management, process improvement and data analytics.
All our junior consultants undergo a very comprehensive internal training program and are coached by an experienced consultant.

We are a leader in process improvement and quality management. Our consultants have a high level of knowledge & lots of practical experience. We have established the LSSA standard for Lean Six Sigma training, including the CIMM framework, our book series and internationally recognized certification.

Energetic

We inspire people by enthusing and including them in the improvement process. Our Lean Experience Center is a good example of this. We do not work with teachers, but with moderators who challenge people. They translate theory into practice and provide practical examples.
