Undergo Lean or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training.

In the Lean or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training, you will be trained to become an expert who can turn an improvement strategy into a concrete plan of action, and you will discover a comprehensive set of Lean and Six Sigma techniques that will soon allow you to analyze processes differently.

You’ll learn all about Lean, but that’s not all. During Lean Belts trainings, you will also learn about change management, Kata coaching and peer review. You will learn how to make organizations and processes more efficient and effective, with lower operational costs, higher customer satisfaction and an agile organization as key results.

After the training – with your certificate of participation or internationally recognized LSSA certificate in your pocket – you will manage complex, cross-departmental breakthrough projects with ease as a professional Lean or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. You will also support the improvement teams in your organization with your knowledge of improvement techniques.

Lean Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt?

Lean Black Belts are experts in implementing improvement projects that focus on making processes better and more efficient. Green Belt projects often focus on one’s own department, while Black Belt projects often span across departments and are also more complex. Lean Black Belts are responsible for managing complex breakthrough projects and can be assigned part-time or full-time to Lean projects and improvement projects.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belts are responsible as program managers for managing a Lean Six Sigma transition, complex breakthrough projects or leading a number of improvement teams whose team members include Green Belts or subject matter experts. The scope of a Black Belt project is often cross-departmental. Lean Six Sigma Black Belts work both on improving processes and in complex data-driven projects. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt masters all Lean techniques as well as statistical and advanced analytical Six Sigma techniques.

Often Black Belts are assigned full-time to breakthrough projects or to a transformation program. If an organization does not employ a Master Black Belt, the Black Belt can fill this role. We therefore pay a lot of attention to coaching, peer review and change management in this Black Belt training.

To apply Six Sigma techniques, we use Minitab.
