The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training is designed for professionals who want to lead complex improvement projects with maximum impact. You will combine Lean techniques with advanced statistical analyses to optimise processes and reduce variation. In addition to in-depth technical knowledge, you will develop strong skills in leadership, coaching, and change management. What are the additional techniques in the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training?

With techniques such as non-parametric tests, logistic regression, and predictive analytics, you will analyse and predict complex data. This leads to deep insight into processes and better-founded, future-oriented decisions.

Choose from one of the following two variants:

• Full 16-day classroom training. This includes the 8-day Green Belt curriculum.
• Upgrade 8-day classroom training. Follow this training if you have previously completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training. If you completed this with another provider, please contact the training advisor.

The training prepares you for the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt exam from the Lean Six Sigma Academy (LSSA), an internationally recognised certification body. The LSSA certificate is used worldwide by training and examination institutes, including the University of Twente, APMG International, and EXIN. In the Netherlands, the certificate is issued by the University of Twente and provides 10 ECs.

The exam is optional and consists of a theoretical and practical part. For the practical exam, you must carry out two DMAIC projects at Black Belt level.

Symbol is an ‘Accredited Training Organisation’ (ATO), where you can order an exam voucher and receive guidance for your practical project.
