Artificial Intelligence (AI) is developing rapidly and affecting more and more sectors, from business to healthcare to education. But what exactly is AI? How does it work and what applications are there? In this interactive training you will get a clear introduction to AI, learn the most important concepts and discover how to use AI tools such as ChatGPT and CoPilot.

This course is designed for managers, engineers and other professionals who want to gain a basic understanding of AI. No prior technical knowledge is required. This training provides a broad introduction to AI and helps participants take their first steps into this fascinating world.
Objective
After this training, you will have a good understanding of the basics of AI and its applications. You will be able to use AI tools such as ChatGPT and CoPilot to generate texts, analyze data and create graphics. You will also gain insight into ethical issues and future developments, such as humanoid robots and AI-driven videos.

- ‘Large Language Models’ (LLM).
- Generation of texts and images using ChatGPT
- Analyze the documents and data (ChatGPT, Process Mining and Predictive Analytics)
- Application of assistants (e.g., CoPilot, Gemini)
- Automating work processes (RPA, UI path)
- Use of Avatars and translation apps
- Examples of application in video generation
- The development and applications of Humanoids
- Ethical issues (Privacy, data use and the impact of AI on society)
