Developing an improvement strategy and then establishing and rolling it out is challenging. This requires a clear vision, a plan of action, a team, projects, training, coaching, and more. For many organizations, setting up and directing such a program is not an everyday activity, and so the help of an internal or external MBB is often sought. In this master class, we cover how to set up and manage such a program.
Lean (Six Sigma) transformation requires leadership from everyone in the organization. This training is suitable for several people in the organization, especially for anyone who initiates, designs and directs improvement programs. Prior knowledge of Lean is required.
This master class will provide you with a framework and tools for establishing a broad improvement program. At the same time, we also discuss what participants encounter in practice in their own organizations and how best to address these challenges.
The training provides a handout for each participant.
