What will you be doing with us
As a Young Professional at Symbol, you will be responsible for the operational execution of process improvement projects. You will work with colleagues and receive support from experienced consultants. Examples of projects with our clients include:
Process improvement projects
Conducting Lean (Six Sigma) training courses.
Implemen-tation of 5S
Value Stream Mapping

Who are you?
We are looking for an energetic and inspiring personality. You are eager to learn and increase your knowledge in areas such as Continuous Improvement, Process Optimization, Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile working, Change Management and Leadership Skills. At Symbol’s Young Professional Academy, we help you develop in these fields and earn the corresponding certifications. Experience and certification in one of these areas is a plus.
Your profile
- A relevant completed technical college or university degree (e.g., Technical Business Administration).
- Preferably at least 2 years of industry experience in process improvement.
- Independent and motivated.
- The desire for variety in projects and the pleasure of gaining new experiences.
- Responsibility for the programs entrusted to you.
