We conduct the training in a Scrum manner. This means that at the beginning of the training we indicate the topics that we think are important to cover in any case, and we supplement that with questions/expectations/problems that the trainees want to bring in. Then we let the students indicate how important they think the parts are (in a Scrum/Agile way), so that the emphasis is on the really important parts.
