You have already taken the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and are excited about the content and the results you achieved with it.
If you want to deepen and broaden your understanding of the Lean Six Sigma methodology, you can take the upgrade training. After this training you will be able to identify and solve problems in an efficient and structured manner. You are able to decisively manage improvement and change projects. Better process performance and higher product quality are the result. This translates into lower costs and higher customer satisfaction.

All individuals who have completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training. Have you taken Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training elsewhere? Then consult the contents of the LSSA Green Belt syllabus.
Objective
In this training you will learn how to turn an improvement strategy into a concrete plan of action. Where is the organization now, where is the organization going and what needs to be done to achieve the goals. Selecting the right projects and improvement tools are an important part of this. In addition to creating a thorough plan of action, we will discuss how to involve employees in the continuous improvement process and how to deal with resistance to change.
Duration
This training consists of 8 days, including 2 coaching days.
Level
HBO / HBO+ and attended Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Affinity with statistics is desirable.
Study Load
Our rule of thumb is 8 hours of class is 8 hours of preparation and study. Thus, the study load is approximately 64 hours.

Free Minitab license
For both the training and the project, you will need Excel and a license of Minitab. Symbol is a Minitab Gold partner. This means that as a Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt course participant, you will receive a full Minitab license free of charge for the duration of the theoretical training and the subsequent LSSA theory exam.

Internationally recognized certificate
For our Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training, the opportunity is offered to obtain an internationally recognized certificate through the LSSA (Lean Six Sigma Academy). The full exam includes a theory and a practical part. The exam for this is administered according to LSSA guidelines.
The field projects are reviewed by the LSSA. You will receive a partial certificate for both elements (theory and practice). The full Lean Six Sigma certificate requires a passing grade in both the theoretical and practical parts.
Symbol is a so-called ATO (Accredited Training Organization). Therefore, you can register directly with us.
