What will you be doing with us
Inside Sales
The Marketing and Sales team consists of a marketing manager, about three account managers and a training consultant. The team is responsible for organizing events, maintaining existing relationships and bringing in new ones. Tasks are shared and taken up jointly.
- Conducts acquisition calls (both hot and cold; both inbound and outbound).
- Provides information about our trainings and services to interested parties.
- Administrative support for the Sales managers.
- Calls ongoing quotes and ensures forecast is streamlined.
- You inform potential customers about the various opportunities and convert them into concrete sign-ups.
- You make appointments for account managers or consultants when clients need more information.
- You enjoy supporting client events and following up with participants afterwards.
Office management
Every year, 2,500 people attend our trainings. A large part of them attend the trainings at our location in Amersfoort. Here we have four training rooms where we provide training and organize client events. Consultants also work at this location. You are the hostess/host at this location and make sure everything is neatly arranged. In this you will work closely with the office assistant in Amersfoort.
- As needed, you will receive participants and guests.
- You are the first point of contact, both internally and externally, when questions arise.
- If necessary, you will support in arranging training sessions (rooms, lunch, materials, attendance).

Who are you?
An energetic personality with a commercial attitude. You are proactive and solution-oriented. You have experience with both cold and warm acquisition. You are customer-oriented, can empathize with customer demand and have persuasive skills. You are a team player, but at the same time also perfectly capable of handling matters independently.
Furthermore, you are well organized and you always have things in great order. You like variety and are not easily fooled. Finally, you have an excellent command, oral and written, of the Dutch and English languages.
Training experience is a Pre.
Your profile
- A completed education (MBO-4 or HBO).
- You can handle various computer systems well (Knowledge of AFAS Pre).
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, verbal and written.
- You have Affinity for training.
- Knowledge of Lean is a Pre.
