Our team currently consists of 50 enthusiastic professionals. In the coming years, we will continue our growth. For our office in Amersfoort (right across from central station) we are looking for a combined position of ‘Sales support’ and ‘Office support’.

This is what you will be doing with us

In this varied position with a lot of responsibility and freedom, you will be in direct contact with both the Sales team and the Back office. You will develop and maintain relationships with our clients. You will also be responsible for the reception of our course participants and clients at our location in Amersfoort and you will take care of the organization around the training courses and events: you will arrange the lunches and ensure a pleasant and tidy environment.

Inside Sales

The Marketing and Sales team consists of a marketing manager, about three account managers and a training consultant. The team is responsible for organizing events, maintaining existing relationships and bringing in new ones. Tasks are shared and taken up jointly.

You maintain contact with existing customers.
You provide information about our trainings and services to interested parties.
You keep CRM information up-to-date.
You will make acquisition calls (both hot and cold; both inbound and outbound).
You inform potential customers about the various opportunities and convert them into concrete sign-ups.
You make appointments for account managers or consultants when clients need more information.
You enjoy organizing client events and then following up with participants.

Office work

Every year, 2,500 people attend our trainings. A large part of them attend the trainings at our location in Amersfoort. Here we have four training rooms where we provide training and organize client events. Consultants also work at this location. You are the hostess/host at this location and make sure everything is neatly arranged. In this you will work closely with the Office manager at our location in Enschede.

You are the first point of contact, both internally and externally, when questions arise.
You will receive participants and guests.
You organize everything regarding the trainings (rooms, lunch, materials, attendance, )
You make sure the office always looks great. To this end, you liaise with external parties such as cleaning, catering, maintenance parties and the VVE.
In short, you keep the establishment running.

You are…

You are an energetic personality with a commercial attitude. You are proactive and solution-oriented. You have experience with both cold and warm acquisition. You are customer-oriented, can empathize with customer demand and have persuasive skills. You are a team player, but at the same time also perfectly capable of handling matters independently

Furthermore, you are well organized and you always have things in great order. You like variety and are not easily fooled. Finally, you have an excellent command, oral and written, of the Dutch and English languages.

You also bring this

A completed education (MBO-4 or HBO).
You can handle various computer systems well.
Good command of the Dutch and English languages, verbal and written.
