Do you have your LSSA theory certificate on file? Then tackle an improvement project within your organization as soon as possible in order to get the most out of your training and add value within your organization. This interactive webinar will give you tools to create your project charter; you will work in teams (online breakout sessions) on your own project charter. In addition, roadblocks and how to solve them will be addressed and you will get tips on how to successfully complete your project.

Many trainees find it difficult to start and successfully complete a project. After all, how do you define your project and translate it into the project charter? What roadblocks are there? Or why is it difficult to complete the project on time? During this webinar, a former student will first share his best practices. Then we will work in groups to create your own project charter, getting tips from our experienced trainers and giving each other feedback. Finally, we will work on any roadblocks and resolving reasons that lead to project failure.
