With training in “Efficient Testing and Vaccination,” you will be able to initiate improvements at testing and vaccination sites and be a full-fledged sparring partner when setting up and establishing new sites. By applying Lean methodologies and techniques, you know how to increase speed and reduce lead times.
For whom
All employees directly or indirectly involved in setting up, streamlining and improving test and vaccination sites, including Site Managers, Site Coordinators, Team Heads, Senior Admins, Test or Vaccination staff or those working in the area of capturing and setting up new sites.
Objective
After this training you will be familiar with the Lean methodology as well as the most important tools, terms and abbreviations within Lean. Together with colleagues from other safety regions, you will learn from and with each other to look at testing and vaccination sites from a Lean perspective. You will learn what Lean management can do for your location and how you can use the newly gained insights for sustainable and future-oriented processes.

Content
During the first day we lay a theoretical foundation and play a Lean game in which you experience what Lean can mean. After this day, with practical tools, you will start working on your own at your location. During the second day, we will discuss case studies and go deeper into theory based on the experiences you and your fellow participants have had.

Location
The training will be held at Symbol’s facility in Amersfoort, located across from Central Station. As a result, the location is easily accessible by public transportation. Parking is also available nearby.

The training was developed on behalf of the GGD GHOR Nederland and is exclusively for all employees directly or indirectly involved in setting up, streamlining and improving test and vaccination sites. They will be invited to apply for this training.
