After college, I gained extensive experience working for various companies, focusing on product and process development and analysis within the automotive industry. In doing so, I have worked in a variety of roles such as process engineering, product development, production management, quality engineering and quality ensurance. This experience forms the basis for my work as trainer and consultant.
Since 2014, in this role I have helped numerous companies acquire automotive tools of their own. My specialty is FMEA. In practice, this touches on many important business processes. In addition to training tools providing practical implementation support is also enormously important. The techniques learned must be effectively integrated practical organization’s own business processes with the aim of strengthening quality sustainably.
