What is Kata Coaching?

Kata Coaching is a highly effective and motivating way of coaching employees. Kata is the Japanese word for routine. These behavioral routines, Improvement Kata and Coaching Kata, define how all employees in the organization work together to achieve the so-called target condition (a state we want to achieve that helps with long-term goals. Here, it is clear how this can be achieved and by what means).
