Achieving results together from relationship is what makes my work so beautiful. In doing so, I like to invest in innovation, but preserving the old is also important. My style: ambitious, energetic, connecting, creative & organizing.
I train and coach people both on the shop floor and at various levels of management and help them transform into an organization with a culture of Continuous Improvement (with the use of Lean). I provide training in the field of Lean and in addition, I help organizations implement improvement projects in daily practice. This gives me tremendous energy. I get my motivation from improving organization and employees at all levels. Achieving sustainable and ongoing development together is what we do it for.
