The Young Professionals boost their starting careers with Symbol. They attend training to develop themselves, but also engage in practical work. For a period of six months, he or she will work two to three days a week as a Quality or Process Engineer. In addition, on the other days an improvement project is carried out, such as reducing lead time, improving quality systems, optimizing 8D process, optimizing production process, MSA studies or setting up FMEA structure / manual.
The big advantage to working with a Young Professional, however, is that both your organization and the Young Professional receive 40 hours of substantive guidance from an experienced coach from Symbol. Other benefits include access to Symbol’s knowledge network in Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Quality and Data Science. In addition, you get access to the Symbol community, you can join our inspiration days and get discounts on our trainings.
