As an integration-focused manager and consultant, I specialize in optimizing operations, supply chain and staff functions in various industrial and service environments. I focus on the processes and change management and use Lean Six Sigma.
My areas of expertise are in demand planning, industrial,sales and marketing, supply chain purchasing, manufacturing, real estate, facilities management, fleet, HR and organization. My strength is analysis and aligning strategies and goals and transforming them into an operational and commercial Operational Excellence.
I live process improvement and like to share my knowledge by training, consulting or from an interim role by taking the lead myself!
